CassidyApexAward The Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine has once again been recognized. This time the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s communications team has received a 2013 APEX Award as a part of the Twenty-fifth annual awards program recognizing excellence in publications work by professional communicators.

APEX Awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence. With some 2,400 entries, competition was exceptionally intense. The Lawyer was honored for editorial content.

Cassidy is responsible for magazine design and works in conjunction with the communications team. Congratulations to the PA Bar, the communications department and the organization’s  membership.

Pennsylvania Lawyer Magazine Current Edition

[Harrisburg, Pa.] This month readers of the Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine will notice “we’ve changed the design. While the previous format won an APEX Award for Publication Excellence in magazine design/layout in 2010 and a National Association of Bar Executives’ Fastcase Luminary Award for Excellence in 2011, we think we can do even better. [Bethlehem, Pa.] Life is busy – a business, a family, a dog, a cat, a home, volunteer commitments, coaching, pro bono work – but when my mother and three of my four sisters were diagnosed with breast cancer over the course of a decade, it was time to pump the brakes, slow down and take a close look.
